Using the Invoice Maker does not guarantee that the generated invoice complies with the requirements of the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) or any other international tax authority. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your invoices contain the legally required information (e.g., valid ABN, correct GST calculations, "Tax Invoice" titling) for your specific jurisdiction and business structure. Riyo Studio accepts no liability for tax penalties, rejected invoices, or financial loss resulting from the use of this tool.

3. Intellectual Property Disclaimer (Logo Maker & Mockup Studio)

The Logo Maker and Mockup Studio let you create logos, brand assets, and store and marketing screenshots using your own content alongside a library of icons, templates, and device frames.

Your content, your rights: You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any text, imagery, trademarks, or brand elements you incorporate into a design.
No clearance check: We do not verify that your exported logos or mockups are free of third-party intellectual property, and we make no claim that a generated design is unique or registrable as a trademark.

Riyo Studio provides the editing canvas only and accepts no liability for how the assets you export are subsequently used or distributed.

4. Zero-Server Processing

We claim that our tools process data "client-side" (in your browser). This claim relies on the integrity of your local operating system, your browser, and the absence of malicious extensions on your device. We are not responsible for data intercepted by third-party malware or browser extensions installed on your machine.

5. AI-Assisted Features

Several tools include AI-assisted or automated features — for example the Logo Maker auto-generator, File Forge's text extraction (OCR), audio and video transcription, and background removal, and the AI voiceover in Video Studio and Mockup Studio. These produce automated, best-effort results that may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you should always review the output before relying on it. The optional AI voiceover uses a third-party service (ElevenLabs) with an API key you supply; you are responsible for your use of that service and any costs or terms attached to your own key.
