By accessing and using riyostudio.dev (the "Website") and the suite of free tools provided (including File Forge, Mockup Studio, QR Hub, Video Studio, Logo Maker, and Invoice Maker), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our tools.

2. About Riyo Studio

Riyo Studio is a registered business operating in Western Australia, Australia. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

3. Provision of Free Tools (The Universal Forge)

We provide a suite of client-side developer, business and everyday tools completely free of charge. Because these tools process data directly in your browser without utilizing our servers, we have severely limited visibility into how they operate on your specific machine.

• "As Is" Basis: The tools are provided "as is" and "as available". Riyo Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability or error-free operation of the tools.
• Client-Side Dependencies: The performance and capability of the tools (such as generating large PDFs or processing heavy image files) depend entirely on the hardware and web browser of the user.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Website or its tools to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law, including the laws of Australia.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the security mechanisms of the Website.
• Use the tools to generate fraudulent, malicious, or illegal documents and files.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Riyo Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the tools on this Website.

Specifically, Riyo Studio is not liable for data loss (as data is handled on your local device) or financial discrepancies resulting from the use of the Invoice Maker tool.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and code on the Website (excluding third-party open-source libraries) is the intellectual property of Riyo Studio. You may not reproduce or redistribute the Website's code or design without explicit permission.
